REFUND POLICY

CELESP offers a 30 days trial period that starts immediately upon account activation and you will receive notification by E-Mail of the date of your trial expiration. When you sign-up to your account you will automatically be consigned access to our company plan unless you opt otherwise. If you are not fully satisfied with CELESP services, it’s really simple; you can cancel your account at any time. The cancellation must be accepted in written form or via email notification as per the deadline indicated. Phone-call requests will not constitute receipt of any cancellation. We charge and accumulate payments in advance for the use of CELESP service and all services delivered are nonrefundable and we are not offering reimbursements or credits for incomplete months or years of service. But you will have full access on your account until the end of your current billing period. It is not charged to you ever again, at least until you change your mind and come back. Also, if you have canceled during your trial period, there is obviously nothing to refund.

All quoted prices are exclusive of all taxes imposed by taxing authority system; you are responsible for such duties and taxes.

Renewal or account cancellation:

It is essential for users to contact us at least 7 days before the renewal date to ask for NO-renewal, cancellation or make any changes in contact duration, and upgrade or downgrade abilities. If you have decided in advance you do not want to renew your account, you can write to us anytime and the cancellation unit can queue the account for removal on the restitution date.
